A blend of red habanero, Jolokia, and yellow scotch bonnet peppers are anchored by a base of red bell peppers with a citrusy vinegar kick. A medium on the heat level (maybe high, if you're Kris) with a touch of sweetness and a quickly dissipating heat. This is a gluten free product.
