SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT • All bookings must be secured with a valid debit or credit card. • Afterpay, PayPal, and Zip Pay are not accepted for online bookings. These options are available in-salon on the day of your appointment only. • A $280 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is credited toward your final balance. • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to installation commencing. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. CANCELLATIONS & ATTENDANCE We operate on a strict no-refund policy. • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. • Late arrivals and no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit and loss of future booking privileges. CONSULTATION REQUIREMENT To maintain seamless, undetectable results, a consultation is highly recommended if your hair: • Is lighter than natural dark brown or black • Is shorter than shoulder length • Contains highlights, bald patches, or very thick/thin texture • Has a blunt cut If you proceed without consultation and we are unable to match your colour or weft type, your appointment will be cancelled without refund.
