Technical note : Pumps are rated for their gpm numbers assuming zero head pressure AKA open flow. Running it through the hoses, reel, trigger gun etc reduces the flow a bit, to create the desired pressure. Basically flow and psi are inversely related. This is how it works with all pumps. A 8gpm Pressure washer isn't going to be a full 8 gallons at the wand. Nobody is lying to you. Its not a scam. This is just how physics works. You ain't an engineer...
