I love this, it's stunning, and I'm quite happy to keep it, thank you very much (but everything has its price). An untouched Moorish octagonal occasional table with foliate scroll-carved top, inset with a central mother of pearl and ebony star, which is repeated on the pierced apron between diamond-shaped inlaid legs, joined by ogee arches. A proper country house table, probably late 19th or early 20th century, perfect for by the sofa or armchair. I've intentionally left it undisturbed, sleepy, dry, dusty and unrestored - wonderful! Sturdy, solid. no loose joints and extremely useable. Losses to some of the mother of pearl inlay, and a section of pierced apron sections is missing - please see photos. It has a real presence.
