Product Description Instant MOPS Buffer is white to off-white instant granules, and each pack of this product can produce 1 L of 1 ×MOPS Buffer, which is easy to operate and use. The main components of MOPS are Tris, MOPS, EDTA and SDS. The concentration of Tris, MOPS and EDTA in 1 × MOPS Buffer is 50 mM, 50 mM and 1 mM respectively, and the content of SDS is 0.1%. Instant MOPS Buffer is a commonly used protein gel eletrophoresis buffer in biological experiments. It is suitable for general SDS-PAGE protein electrophoresis, especially PAGE gel for the Bis-Tris system. It is matched with Bis-Tris protein gel and suitable for electrophoresis of medium to large molecular weight proteins. Note: The pH value of 1× solution is 7.0±0.2@25°C. Operating Instruction 1. Place a clean beaker, and add the entire contents of a newly opened pack of Instant MOPS Buffer. 2. Measure about 500 ml of pure water, slowly add it into the beaker, and gently stir with a stir bar until it is completely dissolved. (This step can also be performed with magnetic stirrer) 3.
