Superflex is a social thinking curriculum created by speech language pathologist Michelle Garcia Winner and Stephanie Madrigal to help elementary aged children develop flexible thi nking and self regulation skills. The program uses a comic style storybook about a superhero named Superflex who battles “Unthinkables,” characters that represent common social challenges like getting stuck on one idea or interrupting. A structured curriculum guide provides lesson plans, visuals, and activities that teach kids to notice their own behaviors and choose more helpful strategies.
