Finishing the Product We always work with the utmost care and attention with our rigorous quality control at the pre-shipment stage, and although we inspect and review everything that comes out of our printers to submit your model, you only need to glue/assemble it. There may be some imperfections in the prints. In this case, a hobby knife, file or sandpaper may be required. Since all our products are painted by hand and with some auxiliary equipment, they may differ from each other. Therefore, color tones in the images may differ. Painting Our products are delivered disassembled. Our products are listed in both unpainted and painted versions. You can make your selection on our product pages. Products purchased unpainted will arrive sanded and primed with either black or grey primer. Shipping Printing and dyeing time is usually 5-21 business days. This period may vary depending on the size of the product. In addition to this period, there is a cargo delivery time of 2-12 business days depending on your region. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the associated shipping costs of the package to be resent. Return Please note that this is a product made for you, so returns are not accepted. However, if you refuse to accept the product, you must contact us before the printing is complete.
