With this shelf in your home, you’ll be floating on air… or at least your books will! Created by Artori Design, the Supershelf is a clever way to display a stack of your literary f avorites. When four or five books are piled tall, the metal caped crusader looks as though he is holding them up with just one hand. It’s an impressive feat for a figure that is just a few inches tall! The superhero shelf requires some installation in order to enjoy it. Using two screws (not included), hang the shelf on the wall. Then, open a soft-cover book of your choice to the last page and slide the metal shelf between the cover and the rest of the pages. (The bulk of the book should be resting atop the shelf.) Once you have that done, attach the magnetic superhero anywhere on the base of the shelf. Stack more books to cover the part of the piece that’s attached to the wall and then enjoy your handiwork. Details Supershelf is made of metal that has been painted black. The maximum recommended weight is about 7 pounds. Do not overload the floating shelf. The shelf is 5.11” long x 6.3” tall x 4.72” wide.
