We start with ou r Supersonic with Arnica blend. We then add magnesium and quinine while slightly increasing our previous valerian root dose. This wellness roller was created for an athlete who has painful muscle spasms and cramps nightly after intense training sessions.. Currently, a couple of patients who suffer from mild to moderate Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) are trying this wellness roller for effectiveness on the condition they suffer from..
