Salt Marsh Evening Aperitif Sail Join us for a tranquil evening sail into the heart of the salt marsh, gliding through the larger creeks as the tide carries us and the light begins to fade. With space for up to 10 guests, this intimate journey reveals the marsh at its most peaceful and atmospheric. We depart from and return to East Quay, Wells‑Next‑the‑Sea, making this a convenient and picturesque start and finish to your evening adventure. Once deep within the creeks, we drop anchor in a quiet, sheltered spot, allowing the boat to settle as the marsh grows still around us. Here, a special aperitif is served on board, accompanied by a light grazing board , creating a relaxed and unhurried culinary experience surrounded by wide skies and birdsong Olives, fresh tomatoes and sourdough with olive oil. A selection of smoke Morston mackerel, and pates as supplied by Gurneys. A selection of Norfolk cheese Wine supplied by North Norfolk Cellars to compliment the plate. (two glasses provided with more available to purchase) Sandringham Apple Juice, tea and or coffee. Followed by homemade local cake, with tea and coffee served as the evening draws to a close.
