Ah yes, what a sight when you see a finished bedazzled piece! Learn the different techniques used for rhinestoning and the thought processes behind it. It is more than meets the eye! You must be familiar with working on a sewing machine. If you are not familiar with a sewing machine, join our Basics Sewing Workshop instead. 2 Sessions Workshop – 3 hours per session (6 hours total) Here at Free Movement, we promise a small student to teacher ratio to ensure each student gets the assistance and attention they need. Reach out to us to book a class! -------------------------------------------------------------- What you will learn: Different types of rhinestones grades Understand Rhinestone shapes and colours Applying rhinestones to different fabrics Rhinestoning patterns and visualisation Rhinestoning patterns and planning Drawing a pattern based theme Ways of attaching rhinestones Rhinestoning techniques for different apparels and items Understanding fabric grain lines and how to identify them for maximum stretch Pinning stretch fabric for proper rhinestoning works Work with different types of fabrics such as Spandex, Chiffon, Cotton and more You will be advised on what materials to get by the end of the first session. This course will focus on sewing the bottoms of different lengths, it will not include embellishments and rhinestoning work.
