This wine is a traditional method sparkling wine made in the natural way leaving the wine in the bottle in contact with the spent yeast, i.e. on the lees (“Sur Lie”). A softer, mor e approachable style of sparkling wine made from Negroamaro. Pronounced lemon juice and citrus peel balanced by peach, mandarin, toasted almond and biscuity notes.
