Sure Thermal - Gel Bead Eye Mask Sure Thermal Gel Bead Eye Mask is great for soothing and revitalising tired eyes. Use it as a refreshing cold compress or gently heat for relaxing warmth. The soft touch velour backing gives a choice of using one side for gently comfort against the skin or of using the other side for a more intense feel. Directions for use: Adjust strap for a comfortable fit. Whether cooled or heated use for a maximum of 20 minutes. Do not wear for prolonged periods or for times of sleep. Not suitable for use by children. Small parts present a risk of choking injury. For cool use place the eye mask in a fridge for up to 30 minutes. Do not freeze and do not cool to below 5C. For warm use microwave for 10 seconds only. If further heating is required use short bursts of 5-10 seconds only. Carefully check that the heated or cooled mask feel comfortable against the skin.
