These boards have the best balance between lightness and durability. With our own unique lamination process, we are able to use a very strong fiberglass layup of 6oz and 4oz combined in a 3-ply deck and 2-ply bottom (with a 4-ply rail overlap) with a high density EPS foam, but still achieve a board weight equivalent to a lightweight fiberglass layup. The result is a lightweight but very stable board with good flexing characteristics and, as with all torq's, excellent value for money.
