Warranty Information Limited Lifetime Warranty This product is manufactured and tested to the highest standards by RedGuard Diversified Services, LLC, operating as Survive-a-Storm Shelters (SAS). Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for new products and is non-transferable. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and coverage is available only for purchases made through authorized dealers, retailers, resellers, or our website. We offer a replacement or repair at no charge for parts or, if necessary, a replacement product for defects due to improper workmanship or materials under normal conditions of use and maintenance. If a replacement or repair is not feasible, we may refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. The warranty is valid for the product's lifetime, beginning from the date of purchase (as indicated by a sales order or receipt). After the first year of purchase, the warranty will remain in effect if the purchaser submits five color photographs of the shelter’s exterior, door, stairs (if applicable), floor, and sidewalls within 30 days of each purchase anniversary.
