This pre-printed panel is designed by Susan Briscoe, the author of "The Ultimate Sashiko Sourcebook" and other books on Sashiko. The design is printed by Olympus Threads company on their "Kofu Tsumugi" fabric that is 100% cotton which looks like the old-style traditional Japanese fabric, with a slubbed and colour variation look. Note: Wash the fabric only AFTER all the sashiko stitching is complete as the pre-printed lines are washable. You may leave any section unstitched if desired as the markings will disappear when washed in soapy water. Size: One Panel: 24"x42"(the large square measures 9.5"x9.5", the smaller square measures 4 3/8"x4 3/8") We sell by panel count. Multiple quantities will be shipped in continuous cut.
