This jacket is inspired by a suzani-embroidered tablecloth I found at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. I wanted to use every inch of the fabric, letting the intricate embroidery wrap the entire piece. The silhouette is simple and modern—designed to let the embroidery shine. Finished with a round collar, hook-and-eye closures, and hidden pockets, quiet details that keep the focus on the artwork.
