Haskap Gin begins with our carefully crafted spirit utilizing ingredients that reflect our terroir. This creates an exceptional depth of flavour. Haskap is one of nature’s most res ilient berries, surviving the harshest Canadian climates. To showcase this remarkable berry, we incorporate gentian root, black tea leaves, and a hint of Black Fox honey to craft a spirit that balances bitterness with a prominent berry flavour. Tasting Notes Complex layers with a balanced bitterness and prominent berry flavour. The texture is lush, warming and approachable.
