The Sincerely, Holly Collection are ELITE DUSTS, not Master Elites. The collection consists of Coral, Sweet Peony, Clover, Robin's Egg. Their best uses are: painting, dusting, airb rushing, and colouring chocolate. If you use them to color ingredients, it will take MORE of the color to achieve desired tones. These dust colours can also be dry brushed, painted and airbrushed by diluting small amounts with an extract or liquor. They are intended for topical use on icings with a matte finish and produce deep, strong colours.
