Product Information A contemporary three tier ivory wedding cake coverered with luxurious white chocolate ganache and pale ivory sugarpaste. The sharp edges are softened with bands of pearlised sugarpaste made to resemble satin. Your cake is finished with oversized knot, button details at the back and a pretty sugar corsage made up of a single white rose, blossom flowers and green foliage. Once wed, remove the sugar flowers from the cake to keep as a unique memento of your day. Preparation and storage The cake is supplied assembled and ready to eat on an iced cake board, edged with ribbon as pictured. The sugar flowers contain wires and should not be eaten. If stored somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight, your sugar flowers should last a lifetime. Pre-wedding storage Store in a cool dry place out of direct heat and sunlight. Prior to being displayed at your wedding, we do not recommend storing your cake in a refrigerator due to the effect condensation will have on the sugarpaste covering your cake. Post-wedding storage If you wish to keep cake for eating after your wedding day it can be stored in a cool dry place. If this is not possible or if the weather is hot and/or humid, you should use refrigeration. Incorrect storage will affect the condition of your cake, therefore we cannot guarantee your cake beyond the day of your wedding. Your cake will be boxed and labelled and will be delivered on the day of your wedding to the address you specify during checkout. Your cake should be kept cool and dry (not refrigerated). There must be someone available at the delivery address, such as a member of the wedding team, to take delivery of your wedding cake.
