Steeping Instructions: Bring filtered and/or fresh cold water to a full, rolling boil. Put 1-2 full teaspoons of loose-leaf tea into a tea bag, infuser, cup or teapot, for each 8 oz./ 250 ml/ 1 cup of boiling water. Pour boiling water over tea. Cover and let steep for 4 - 5 minutes according to taste. For stronger tea, increase the steeping time. Strain tea leaves from water.
