Extended lees ageing is a feature of the wines, rewarding with complexity yet retaining freshness and vibrancy. Chardonnay dominates this Rosé, as it does with all the current release Swift wines. Pinot noir adds richness to the palate while importantly offering a light pink rosé blush. It is a dry, savoury wine with a fine line of acid running from start to finish supported by soft strawberry fruit richness.
