SWIMHARDER Performance Group Training is open to swimmers who have achieved our entry qualifying times in at least one stroke within the past year, and junior development swimmers who exhibit high performance potential. Full-time swimmers are required to attend a minimum of 4-6 training sessions per week and represent D7 SC INC at Swimming Australia, Swimming Queensland, and Swimming Brisbane target meets.
