Made from 9mm birch plywood they are driven by a simple off the shelf pulley/belt setup by a geared 12 Volt motor. We designed and 3D printed a few parts, caps to secure the bearin gs and a belt tensioner system. The construction uses tabs and slots for alignment and the assemblies are then glued together.
