Side-access swing-out for bed rack systems The Swing-Out Side transforms the side of the bed rack into a fully functional access door and modular mounting surface. Instead of climbing in from the tailgate every time you need gear, the entire side swings outward for direct access to the bed from either side of the truck. Built from lightweight aluminum with stainless steel hinges, the system adds utility without excessive weight. Integrated dampers on both the opening and closing motion keep movement smooth and controlled, even when loaded with gear. The interior side creates additional protected storage space for items you’d rather not expose to the elements or trail damage, and creates an additional surface for mounting accessories and MOLLE panels.
