This used Swivel Tip Cutter would be a great addition to any leather worker's collection and will be difficult to find again. The Swivel Tip made by H & S Mfg. was introduced as an alternative to the traditional swivel knife. It is held like a pencil and the L-shaped blade swivels freely in the end. The tool developed a loyal following, but it was eventually discontinued. Those devotees still use them regularly. This Swivel Tip is stamped with the maker's mark - H & S Mfg.
