⚔️ Awaken the Legends – Sword & Sorcery: Ancient Chronicles The ultimate dungeon crawl returns. Available now at Hobby Collectors Australia, Sword & Sorcery: Ancient Chronicles is a fully cooperative, high-fantasy board game where 1 to 5 players control legendary heroes resurrected from the dead. Set in the starless Underreign—a realm of glowing ruins, exotic cities, and dangerous caves—this standalone "Season 2" core set serves as a perfect starting point for new players and a massive expansion for veterans. With no "Game Master" required, the game’s sophisticated AI controls the enemies, forcing your party to use tactical positioning, powerful magic, and unique soul-abilities to survive the encroaching darkness. Innovative Gameplay Features: Standalone Prequel: You do not need the original Immortal Souls to play. This set contains a complete Act I campaign that explores the origins of the Sword & Sorcery universe. Deep Narrative Campaign: Follow the Book of Secrets, a branching story system that offers the atmosphere of a gamebook. Your choices determine the outcome of quests and the fate of the Underreign. No Player Elimination: Dying is part of the story. When a hero falls, they become an ethereal Ghost Soul. Pray at the Gods' Shrines to resurrect and rejoin the fight, stronger than before. Advanced AI System: Every enemy has a unique behavioral scroll. They won't just stand there; they will hunt, retreat, and use specialized powers based on their rank and intelligence. Kingdom & City Exploration: Move beyond simple rooms. Use the kingdom map to travel between diverse locations and explore exotic cities, discovering new ventures and crafting opportunities. Fully Compatible: Already own Immortal Souls? All heroes and enemies from the original series are fully cross-compatible with Ancient Chronicles. Inside the Core Box: 30 Ultra-Detailed 32mm Miniatures: Including 5 Heroes, 2 Master Enemies, and a horde of Underreign monsters. 20 Double-Sided Modular Tiles: Create endless dungeon layouts with high-quality, atmospheric art. 290+ Cards: Including Items, Spells, Talents, Traps, and Treasures. 300+ Tokens & Markers: For tracking health, conditions, and environmental effects. 8 Custom Combat Dice: Specialized ten-sided dice for high-stakes tactical resolution. Rulebook, Storybook, and Book of Secrets: Everything you need for an immersive solo or group campaign.
