Inside, the vest features a foam- and rubber-filled interior, extra shoulder and chest padding, a spacious U-shaped neckline, and ergonomic shoulder cutouts to provide unrestricted movement and long-lasting comfort. Strong D-rings and an adjustable Velcro strap keep the vest stable and snug throughout your workout. Each vest includes solid cast iron ingots that weigh 2.5 pounds each, allowing you to customize your resistance in small increments by adding or removing weights.
