Slow-cooked until the chicken falls apart, warm with saffron and ginger, lifted by lemon, and rounded with honey, currants and thyme. This is the dish our customers come back for, week after week. Free-range chicken braised in a fragrant Middle Eastern spice blend of cumin, cinnamon, turmeric and chilli, rich enough to stand alone and versatile enough to pair with rice, couscous, creamy mash, or our paratha flatbread. Feeds 4. Ready to heat in under 10 minutes. Free-range. Packed with flavour. Show more
