System Sensor MOD2W — i3 Series Loop Test/Maintenance Module for two-wire i3 smoke detectors.i3 detectors report more than alarm — drift out of sensitivity and ambient temperature nearing freezing — which an ordinary IDC cannot read. The MOD2W polls them over the same two wires and breaks the answers out onto separate relays: form C for out-of-sensitivity and freeze trouble, form A for alarm, another for loop fault. It also gives the loop Style D wiring, and EZ Walk Test puts every detector into walk test.
