After pressing, it spent five months maturing in oak barrels and was bottled without any fining or filtering. Even with this extra depth, the wine stays wonderfully light on its feet and effortless to drink. It is packed with juicy sour cherry and wild strawberry flavours, backed by soft tannins, rounded acidity, and a hint of earthy spice.
