T-Tape is a medical grade breathable body tape that offers an alternative to chest binders. T-Tape is waterproof and sweatproof, and it can be worn for multiple days, so you can sleep, shower, and work out while wearing it! Binding tape should not be wrapped around the torso; when applied as directed it does not compress the body or lungs, so it is safe to sleep with it on. T-Tape is made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex with a latex-free medical grade adhesive. Due to supplier variance, our stock may contain different adhesives. It is recommended to always do a test strip before application: apply a small strip to the area where you'll be using the tape - on your side or chest. Watch for any sign of reaction for 24 to 48 hours, then remove with oil. Removal can be tricky! Never pull tape from the skin without oil. Please follow these instructions on how to remove tape safely with oil. Tape should never be used on broken or open skin.
