To create this package of salary surveys for T4NG2, rTurner Consulting and FedPipeline mapped the published Labor Categories from T4NG2 to each salary database: DOL Bureau of Labor Statistics Salary[dot]com MODIS 2022 Engineering and Technology Report Robert Half International Salary Survey 2023. We analyzed this data based on our knowledge of these surveys, market trends and prior procurements to create a balanced salary model that more accurately identifies actual salary trends for each labor category. The spreadsheets include detailed rate information from each survey as well as a single sheet that combines all four surveys and identifies the Minimum, Maximum and Average rates for each LCAT.
