It has been engineered for reduced double-stranded RNA production, making it readily compatible with downstream cellular assays. The polymerase recognizes the consensus T7 promoter, enabling its use as a drop-in replacement for other polymerases. The reaction buffer and protocol provided are specifically tailored to prioritize the efficient formation of circular RNA.
