Flat tips “lock” into the cavity of flat tip safety guards for positive alignment and will not fit into reversible tip safety guards. Gaskets sold separately here Uses 93C Carbide pressed into a high grade stainless housing. A stainless steel insert is pressed behind the carbide to increase laminar flow and improve atomization. The insert also improves the life of the carbide because less pressure is required to achieve atomization. 5000 PSI (345 BAR)
