With the FIM's implementation of the noise limit of 109dB, manufacturers have had to adapt their engines to comply. Twin Air has also explored solutions to achieve this goal while maintaining performance. During the 2025 MXGP season, the noise control was already set at 109dB. By working closely with factory teams, Twin Air developed a solution to reduce intake noise.
