Additional attendees beyond the initial 6 are welcome at $125 per person. The $750 fee is payable in a single transaction, regardless of the final number of attendees. Booking and Payment Full payment of $750 is required to secure the booking. Payment for additional attendees ($125 each) must be made prior to the workshop date. Attendance Responsibility It is the customer’s responsibility to organise and ensure a minimum of 6 attendees. No refunds will be issued for individuals who are unable to attend the workshop. Refund Policy for Additional Attendees Refunds will only be provided for cancellations of additional attendees (beyond the initial 6) if notified at least 48 hours before the workshop. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop. Workshop Changes or Cancellations Rambling Rose reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. Liability Rambling Rose is not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal items during the workshop.
