Designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962, the Taccia Table Lamp is an iconic design that combines sculptural form with innovative lighting technology. A transparent , bowl-shaped diffuser sits loose at an angle upon a fluted cylindrical base, enclosing a large concave reflector that softly diffuses light throughout the room.Made from a transparent mouth-blown glass or acrylic diffuser, a nickel-plated metal base and a painted aluminium reflector with a matt white interior; the Taccia creates a soft, indirect light that gently illuminates the surrounding space. It is supplied with a 190 cm cable (Small) or a 220 cm cable (Large), along with a dimmer switch that allows the brightness to be adjusted from 10% to 100%, making it easy to create the perfect ambience for any setting.
