Description When we were requested to make a Collar for Law Enf orcement and Military Working Dogs we set out to make the strongest tactical collar on the market without compromising on style and quality. We selected the Patented AustriAlpin COBRA® quick-release buckle with integrated D Ring, as they are the safest, most finely crafted, and strongest load bearing buckles available anywhere. They are machined from the highest grade 7075 aluminium alloy and are rated to 1800kg’s. It is the only stab-lock style fastener in the safety products market that will not open while under load. We then fastened these components together using our own CNC controlled sewing to reinforce the 38mm wide webbing, then retained the excess webbing with MILSPEC Velcro. If used around Saltwater please rinse the collar and buckle thoroughly and air dry Failing to do so may reduce the life of the collar and void the warranty.
