This tactile push button switch module operates through a simple mechanical principle: apply pressure to activate the switch, establishing a connection, and release to return it to its open state. The internal mechanism utilizes the dynamic force changes of a metal dome to reliably achieve both open and closed circuit conditions. Typically, pins 1 and 2, and pins 3 and 4 are connected when the button is at rest. When pressed, all four pins establish a connection, and upon release, the button reverts to its original configuration. When properly powered, a red LED illuminates to indicate active power. Pressing the button causes the module to output a low signal, simultaneously lighting up a blue LED. Releasing the button switches the output to a high signal and turns off the blue LED, providing clear visual and electrical feedback for its state.
