The whetstones in the Knife Workshop Series are medium-sized designed for easy home use. You can choose from four different grits, from #400 for repairing chipped blades to #3000 f or finishing work. This is a set including the #800 whetstone for daily maintenance and a whetstone base. Using the whetstone base provides more stable knife sharpening.
