Discover the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi in a welcoming and supportive environment.This low-impact class combines slow,controlled movements, mindful breathing and balance exercises to promote relaxation, flexibility, coordination and overall well-being. Dr. Marna Zinatelli is a recently retired psychologist with a deeppassion for all things related to neuroplasticity. This passion fueledher interest in Tai Chi and more (Chinese medicine, Qi Gong...). She hasstudied under Lainy Yasuda at Kokoro Well-Being for over 15 years andreceived training under Daisy Lee and Damo Mitchell. Join her in thegentle, slow, restorative, and calming meditative movements of Tai Chi. No experience is required.
