This design reflects the ongoing journey of E3C, what we are doing and where we are heading. This will help people see the good things we are doing for our community and we hope they support our journey pursuing something that still carries a negative stigma here.... Cannabis The orange rays of the sun is Tama Nui I Te Ra looking down on the growers and is seen in the first half hour of the sun rising in the morning. This represents the quotation of @dom_kiwi to "Get up Go out and Go get it." Nothing is acheived with idle hands. The growers are out there while others are sleeping The river and trees in the background represent Te Taiao and Te Mana O Te Wai which is the environment around us and the vital importance of water. It is all our responsibility to protect, repair our environment and waterways for the future generations to come. Tuakana/Teina (shown as the 2 growers) means older person mentoring a younger person and this represents guiding the rangatahi (young people) that engage with us through personal development, life skills and work experience to help guide them into employment. The grower who has been depicted in our past designs represents the networking of growers who have intellectual property around decades of cannabis cultivation experience and they wish to share this with the young people to get them into the legal cannabis industry starting up in NZ. The 2 dogs represent our Kuri with us on this journey Boy Keelan (the white dog) and Ninja the pitbull terrier, They assist us with pest eradication of possums, rats and hares to help protect our vege gardens and native tree seedlings. The herb plants and crosses on the boxes is our journey towards the medicinal Cannabis industry where we get our foot in the door and build the growth of our company. The 35 symbol represents State highway 35 on the East Coast which will be known as part of the Green brick road leading to the Emerald Highway... but thats another story to be designed later
