Family-made in India, the technique for making these scissors has been handed down for generations. The blades are hand-forged carbonized steel and the handle is cast brass. made i n India oil for maintenance available in 3 sizes from tip of blade to end of finger loops: 12", 9" and 6" 12": 6.5" blade 9": 5" blade 6": 3.5" blade To prevent the steel from rusting, a thin coat of oil has been applied to the blades. We recommend wiping down the scissors before use. With regular use, the scissors will not rust.
