This design started out as a block print and has been re-worked to be screen printed! Made as a reminder to take care of yourself, so you can then take care of others. This shirt i s screen printed using water based inks. All shirts are hand printed and slight variations should be expected. Shirts are 100% Cotton Gildan shirts. Washer and dryer safe.
