Ryutagama is one of the well known kiln in Japan located in Karatsu, Shiga. Taki Nakasato is a son of master potter Takashi Nakazato. He makes Karatsu-wares using wheel thrown tech nique that has been passed down for generations in Karatsu. They use wood fired kiln as well as gas fired.
