One-of-a-kind Tall Splatter Mugs designed by Peter Shire. These functional and sculptural mugs are crafted by Echo Park Pottery in Los Angeles using slab construction and individua lly hand-painted. Stamped on base: EXP 2025. Sold individually. Since the 1970s, Shire has been working at the intersection of craft, fine art, and industrial design. He is perhaps best known for his work with the Memphis Group, where he designed products alongside Ettore Sottsass, Nathalie Du Pasquier and Shiro Kuramata.
