We render the suet once, using the dry render method and by using the lowest heat possible to render into tallow. This labor-intensive and time-consuming process creates a profound nutrient dense product that is unparalelled for the skin. Tallow contains high concentrations of vitamins and antioxidants such as vitamins A, D, E and K. They live and work on traditional Anishinabeg lands.
