Rush Pinot Noir: Fragrant with small berry fruits, flowers, wet stone and sweet beets. Lovely fruit sweetness in the mouth, with subtle layers of flavour. Juicy, lively and balanced. Pipers Brook Estate Pinot Noir: A blend of the best parcels of fruit from Kreglinger's vineyards in the Pipers River and Tamar regions. Enhanced bouquet, complex and persistent flavours Sinapius Close Planted Pinot Noir: Established in 2005 by Linda Morice and the late Vaughn Dell at Pipers River in tas's north-east. The pristine fruit flavours are complemented by the most subtle oak. Flavoursome but not heavy, with gentle persistence, leaving a delicious aftertaste. Utzinger (White Label) Pinot Noir: Harmonious and aromatic with lively aromas of cherry, white pepper, red roses and hint of ginseng. Great balance between sweet, ripe fruit, subtle savoury oak and just the right amount of acid for refreshment. Softly dry finish. Westella Pinot Noir: A small, pinot-focused vineyard, planted by the Adkins family at Rowella on the western bank of the Tamar. Vivacious nose of cranberry, cumquat, morello cherries and sumac, plus liquorice strap and hints of coconut shavings. On the palate dark plum, five spice, pork and fennel. Any Roads Pinot Noir: A venture between Abbie Hoskin (assistant winemaker at Bellebonne) and winemaker James Brawley. Red raspberry and dark cherry, complemented by warming baking spices from new oak, hints of lavender & rose for layered complexity. The palate is fresh and bright with acidity, showcasing delicate and finely structured but grippy tannins.
