Traditionally prepared with chicken, tamarind curry is delicious with all varieties of meat, on or off the bone. This sauce is CURRY MARINADE VEGAN VERY SPICY GLUTEN FREE DAIRY FREE Ingredients water, tomato, curry leaves, coriander, oil, sugar, tamarind paste, ginger, garlic, chilli, dried coconut, sesame seeds, salt, cumin, kalonji seeds, fenugreek seeds, poppy seeds. No artificial preservatives or colouring. Instructions Sauté approximately 400 g of meat in 120 g of sauce, add a dozen cherry tomatoes (or more if desired) and 60-90 ml water. Cover and simmer until meat is cooked through. Garnish with fresh coriander. For a milder variation, add more meat, tomatoes and water (or coconut milk). Suitable as a marinade for grilling. Storage Stays fresh in a cool and dark environment for 24 months (see expiry date on jar). Once open, use within 1 month and store in fridge.
